These Terms govern use of the Maga Consultancy Services website and, where incorporated into an engagement, the general basis on which our consultancy and business support services are offered. A specific proposal, quotation, invoice, statement of work or written agreement may contain additional or different terms.

2. Services

Our activities include management consultancy, business auxiliary services and business support services. The exact scope, deliverables, timeline and fees for a client engagement are determined through the applicable quotation, proposal or other written communication.

3. Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely information, approvals and access reasonably required for the agreed work. Clients remain responsible for their own business decisions, legal compliance and implementation of recommendations unless expressly agreed otherwise.

4. Fees and taxes

Fees, payment milestones and applicable taxes will be communicated for the relevant engagement. Unless expressly stated otherwise, quotations do not create an obligation to commence work until accepted under the stated terms.

5. Changes and delays

Changes to scope may affect fees and timelines. We are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete information, delayed approvals, third-party dependencies, events beyond reasonable control or changes requested by the client.

6. Intellectual property

Pre-existing intellectual property remains with its respective owner. Ownership or permitted use of engagement-specific deliverables will be governed by the applicable written commercial terms. Website content may not be copied or commercially reused without permission except as permitted by law.

7. Confidentiality

Where confidential business information is exchanged, each party should use reasonable care to protect it and use it only for the intended business purpose, subject to any separate confidentiality agreement and legal disclosure obligations.

8. No guaranteed outcome

Consultancy and support are provided based on the agreed scope and available information. Unless expressly stated in a signed agreement, we do not guarantee a particular commercial, regulatory, platform, financial or operational outcome.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability will be determined according to the applicable engagement terms and governing law. Nothing on this website excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Third-party services

Any third-party platform, service or website is governed by its own terms. We do not control third-party availability, policies, approvals or decisions.

11. Governing law

These website terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law and any specific written agreement, disputes relating to these website terms shall be subject to the competent courts having jurisdiction in Tamil Nadu.
