Data Deletion Instructions

You may request deletion of personal information that you previously provided directly to Maga Consultancy Services, subject to applicable law and legitimate record-retention requirements.

How to submit a request

Send an email to hello@magaconsultancyservices.online with the subject “Personal Data Deletion Request”.

Please include sufficient information for us to identify the relevant record, such as your name, business name, email address or telephone number previously used to contact us. Do not send passwords or unnecessary sensitive information.

Verification

We may take reasonable steps to verify that the requester is authorized to make the request before deleting or disclosing information. This helps protect personal information from unauthorized requests.

What happens next

After verification, we will review the information associated with the request and delete eligible personal information from systems under our control, or explain where information must be retained for legal, accounting, dispute-resolution, security or other lawful purposes.

Third-party platforms

If information is held independently by a third-party platform or service provider under that provider's own account and privacy practices, you may also need to submit a request directly to that provider.
